About this house rental
Large Eclectic old country home in Fabulous position on the river only minutes flat walk into town. - Pets are welcome but must be APPROVED and a pet bond may be required.. Single night bookings on weekends by negotiation - PLEASE CHECK FIRST with us if available before making a booking request. The home is large, comfortable and homely- loads of collectables to keep you interested - this is NOT a modern minimalist place. Please note booking costs are by the person- you do not get a 3 bedroom large home paying for 1 person to bring your friends to. Extra bedrooms will be opened up in sections dependent on number of guests.

Cheryl provided the most amazing formation about the house and the surrounding area and places of interest we've ever received from any other host. The house we right beside the river commanding perfect views from the deck, the kitchen and the sitting room. Being pet friendly was a bonus for our little mini dachshund Lilly. She was safe to wander around the fenced garden area.

The host was very communicative and helpful with local information. The accommodation was so close to town and a great location for us. A large kitchen and off street parking was available as well. It was a super short stay but everything worked very smoothly

The location was great with the town not far and the river flowing by.There was an overwhelming musty feel when we we checked in. I would recommend that the house be given a good airing prior to guests arriving. The kitchen was the best room in the house.
