Posizione, servizi, tranquillità. Piscina pulita e poco affollata. Residence ben tenuto. Bella vista sul Conero. Buon servizio spiaggia. Gentilezza e disponibilità proprietario.

The host is very nice and helpful at any time and with any kind of problem. We had a couple issues, like e.g. the electricity failed once (of course not his fault) and then we additionally locked ourselves out of the door... it didn't even take 30 minutes and everything was solved and we were back inside and the electricity was back again.
The view from the balcony is awesome and the ocean is just across the road. The girls (13 and 9) loved their bunk bed and there was really everything you could need in the apartment. We had a very pleasant stay and recommend the apartment.
Not much. Just 2 things... the pool wasn't open the first couple days and the mosquito nets on the windows aren't in a very good shape anymore, but since we didn't have many mosquitos during our stay, it wasn't much of a problem.

Le due televisioni anche dopo la richiesta di un tecnico parzialmente funzionanti. La lavastoviglie non in grado di utilizzare il sapone immesso
