Outdoor activities, like rafting, tubing, kayaking, golf, and hiking are all within walking distance. We are only short drive to Charles Town Casinos and Antietam Battlefield.
This two-story modern brick home is situated in the backyard of the historic Michael Yeasley House. Newly refinished wood floors throughout the public spaces and master bedroom. Fresh paint throughout. Carpet in the front bedroom. Two full baths with all of the amenities: one with a large soaker tub and the other with a shower.
New beds, bedding, and towels. Large laundry room with iron and ironing board. Kitchen is stocked with cooking implements, plates, utensils, and spices.

Beautiful home perfectly located in the heart of historic Shepherdstown. It was a delight to be able to meander around the lovely shops and be just steps away from the house. Amy, the host, was wonderful - very helpful and easy to reach.

We stayed here for girls weekend. The home has everything you need. It was wonderful to walk to all the stores and restaurants. Amy was great to work with. Will stay here again given the opportunity.

We went for a girls weekend and had the best time! It is truly the most incredible location. Within walking distance to all my childhood favorites! The house had everything we needed and more. The house is very spacious and cozy. I highly recommend this property for your next trip! The host responds quickly.

We traveled to Shepherdstown for my daughter's graduation from Shepherd University. Exceptional property, and the owner was available, kind, and maintains this house to the highest level. It felt like a modernized historic home. It is literally in town, and you can walk to the best restaurants, historic sights, and the university. I hope I have the chance to return to Shepherdstown and be lucky enough to stay at this property again. Don't second-guess this house. If it's available, book it for your upcoming trip.
