Great stay right by the beach and promenade

Short walk to the beach and promenade, kitchen had everything we needed, clean and pet friendly.

A lot of admin tasks prior to arrival: emails, registration in portals, cumbersome payment with wire transfer, etc. Despite cleaning the entrance smelled badly.

Value for money was terrible. 380 euros for 2 nights in a small apartment with basic facilities. Floor was dirty when we arrived. And it wasnt mentioned on booking.com that you are only allowed 1 dog per room, after we had already booked we found out this wasnt possible.

- top Lage in direkter Nähe zur Promenade und zum Strand - Küche ist mit Basics ausgestattet, was aber vollkommen ausreicht - Parkplatz wird zur Verfügung gestellt - unkomplizierter Check-In - später Check-Out am Abreisetag

Leider würde ich hier nicht mehr buchen. Der hohe Preis von etwa 200 Euro/Nacht steht in keinerlei Verhältnis zur gebotenen Leistung. Zunächst war es sehr unerfreulich, dass der uns per Mail zugewiesene Parkplatz auf dem hauseigenen Parkplatz blockiert war durch einen anderen PKW. Dann in der Unterkunft angekommen, wurden wir von unglaublich unangenehmen Gerüchen überrascht. Zum einen roch es intensiv nach Zigarettenrauch. Zudem stank es so extrem aus dem Abfluss der Dusche im Bad, dass selbst bei intensivem Lüften und geschlossener Badezimmer Tür das kleine Zimmer permanent dermaßen unangenehm gerochen hat, dass wir nur die wenigst möglich Zeit im Raum verbracht haben, sehr schade! Diese Problem haben wir gemeldet, es wurde uns schriftlich mitgeteilt, dass ein Raumwechsel nicht möglich sei, man aber einen Techniker vorbeischicken würde. Dieser ging dann wohl während unserer Abwesenheit in unser Zimmer, allerdings war die einzige Veränderung als wir zurück kamen, dass sich der Abwassergestank mit Chlorgeruch paarte. Ein weiterer Punkt, wir buchten ein Zimmer ausdrücklich OHNE Hunde. Landeten aber in einem Zimmer mit Hundebegrüßungstüte. Sicherlich nett, wenn man einen Hund hat. Wir hätten allerdings gerne ein Zimmer ohne diverse Hundehaare von vorherigen Besuchern gehabt, was wir auch vorab beim E-Mail Verkehr kommunizierten. Zum Thema Sauberkeit: Der Fußboden war wirklich krümelig und voller Haare von vorherigen menschlichen und tierischen Besuchern. Ebenfalls das Badezimmer, welches deutliche Spuren der Vornutzer aufzeigte. Das selbe mit dem Kühlschrank. Sauber waren lediglich die Oberflächen und das Bettzeug. Leider sehr enttäuschend. Wir meldeten unsere Unzufriedenheit, haben auch Bilder gemacht und um ein Entgegenkommen des Anbieters gebeten, dies hat leider nicht stattgefunden.

Dass man die Wohnung quasi schon selber aufräumen und säubern muss. Ist etwas seltsam, aber ok, auch nicht so wichtig.

Zimmer gut, Bad ließ zu wünschen übrig

Wir waren schon häufiger in dieser Unterkunft und waren bisher immer sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer war auch dieses Mal sehr schön. Allerdings ließ das Bad dieses Mal sehr zu wünschen übrig. Bei unserer Ankunft stank der Abfluss ganz fürchterlich. Dies wurde zwar nach zweimaliger Beschwerde am nächsten Tag behoben, allerdings funktionierte auch die Toilettenspülung nicht richtig und die Regler der Dusche waren locker. Daher gibt es dieses Mal eine etwas schlechtere Bewertung, wir würden dennoch nochmal dort übernachten.

Nah dran an einer tadellosen Unterkunft

Die unmittelbare Nähe zum Zentrum und vor allem zum Strand ist nicht zu toppen. Die Ausstattung ist ebenfalls sehr gut, inklusive vorhandener Küche für die Selbstverpflegung. Lediglich ein paar Details fehlen für eine 10 von 10 Punkten: Seife zum Hände waschen ist nicht vorhanden, auch nichts zum Duschen; ich kenne keine andere Unterkunft, in der das ebenfalls fehlt. Im Bad würde ich mir zusätzlich zwei Haken zum Aufhängen der Handtücher wünschen. Klagen auf hohem Niveau, denn ansonsten war alles tadellos.
