Die Lage am Strand ist sehr schön. Alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung ist für ein Apartment ausreichend.
Die Möbel sind sehr abgenutzt. Man muss bei einigen Sachen improvisieren. Die Wohnungstür lässt sich nur durch zu knallen schließen, die Couch ist fleckig und durchgelegen. In der Küche gibt es keinen Stöpsel zum abwaschen ( Topf musste her halten ). Das Bett ist bequem aber macht furchtbare Geräusche. Das Bad war der Kracher. Es gibt keine Ablagemöglichkeiten. Der Türrahmen ist aufgequollen, der Abfluss in der Dusche läuft zu langsam ab so das immer eine Pfütze vor der Duschtür steht. Das Waschbecken war aus der Halterung heraus gerissen und kippte nach vorn. Sachen auf dem Waschbecken abstellen ist nicht möglich da sie immer nach vorn rutschen. Demzufolge konnte man das Waschbecken nicht benutzen da das Wasser nicht ablief. Nach Lesen der Hausordnung haben wir es sofort dem Vermieter gemeldet aber in 10 Tagen kam keine Reaktion.
