Authentic Uzbek Yurt Camp eco-friendly

This was honestly one of the most memorable experiences of our entire trip. We met fellow travelers from different parts of the world, shared stories, and spent a wonderful evening chatting around the fire under the beautiful night sky. It was such a warm, authentic, and unforgettable experience. The food was absolutely delicious, lovingly prepared by our lovely elderly host, who made us feel so welcome. Her hospitality made the experience even more special. If you want more than just a place to sleep and are looking for a genuine cultural experience, wonderful people, delicious homemade food, and beautiful memories, this is the place to stay. We would absolutely recommend it and would love to come back! ❤️

Nothing really

Tourists should understand one thing: this is not glamping. What’s on offer here is intimacy with nature, the authentic Yurt experience and an evening living like Nomads have been, for thousands of years. If you keep this in mind the camp doesn’t disappoint.

Lovely camp in the beautiful desert. Simple, just for a few people but this is where its charme lies. Proper flushing toilets and showers, cozy private yurts with thick blankets (since it gets quite cold at night) and towels, yummy dinner (we got offered vegetarian food on request), great star gazing. We also really enjoyed the traditional music at the campfire. If you book the whole tour package with transport and lunch: Lunch at the guest house in Nurata was fantastic. Would definitely come again! Ruslan and his team are great hosts.

Driver from the camp to Samarkand was a bit reckless (and the road is pretty bad at the moment, which is no-ones fault). Breakfast was simple but sufficient.

L'emplacement et les yourtes

Déception, même si on le savais avant de venir. Pas du tout authentique, on sent que c'est vraiment touristique et c'est tout, dommage. Nourriture pas incroyable et en faible quantité pour 9 dollars.
