Handy walking distance to Chamonix restaurants, bars, shopping etc. Easy access to trails and Aiguille du Midi gondola.
No living room only dining table. Construction going on in the downstairs unit involving a concrete drill from 7.30 to 6pm.

Perfect location for getting ski lessons at Planard area;
Proximity to the city center and bus stations;
Apartment facilities: perfectly equipped kitchen.
May be not the cleanest and lags regular cleaning of common areas, but that’s just for me.

Very comfy beds
Well equipped kitchen
Lots of hot water and the washing machine was a plus
Very hot - too hot. We had to keep the windows open and then there was noise in the morning from the ski school- good for making us hit the slopes early!
Not many amenities near by
Could do with a soft area - sofa
