About this apartment rental
Situated at one of the best locations on the high side of Vincentia (Jervis Bay), with a North Easterly aspect making it cool in summer with the north easterly breezes. Magic views of Jervis Bay and the coastal ranges.
12 min. walking distance to all shops, cafes, beaches etc.
Very spacious and luxury ground floor Accommodation with an Executive feel.
Living and dining area has an open plan. Bedroom has Queen size bed, large bathroom.
The apartment is separate to the main house, with its own private entrance and very private.
The apartment is fitted out with quality fittings which includes leather, granite and lead light fittings.
Magnificent gardens front and rear.
Undercover BBQ and outdoor setting area.
Rear of property backs on to the National Park for those wishing to go on bush walks.
Bicycle paths all around the area.
Note : Apartment and outdoor area are not shared areas they are for the guests private use.
The renowned Hyams beach the whitest sand in the world is only a 10 min drive away.
Note: Kitchen is not equipped with oven or stove. BBQ can be used as oven and has attached stove.

3. Departure of unit should be left in similar state to its condition on arrival.
4. No children or pets (sorry)
5. Check out is strictly before 10am

The accomodation was perfect for us. Quiet, clean and very comfortable with charming hosts. The view of the bay was lovely and shops not too far away. We had a very relaxing few days.

I had a lovely stay at Vincentia. Hosts very welcoming. Accomodation spotless and modern. Perfectly kept grounds and great view. Only wish I could have stayed for longer!

Our super helpful host met us on arrival and showed us around the property which is located in a very quiet suburban street away from shops and traffic. The accommodation is spacious for two people with a nice view of the ocean in the distance. Ideal for a quiet stay.

Lovely place with a wonderful host and a beautiful view. House is in a great location close to local shops and all the beaches you could wish to visit. Accommodation feels completely private to owner's home, so no need to worry about that. Hosts are lovely and accommodating - I am lactose intolerant, and a bottle of soy milk was waiting for us in the fridge when we arrived. Was lovely having Chris (owner) show us around the property before moving in for our stay.Magnificent gardens make up all of the backyard. My fiancé and I loved walking through them, visiting the fish ponds and sitting by the plants as we had our morning tea/coffee.Highly recommend this gorgeous place. Thank you Chris and Therese.
