I loved the welcome cream tea and flowers.
I loved the aesthetic of the property.
I loved the little outdoor space/ bench to watch stars at night.
Cleanliness. It could do with a deep clean when and if ot is empty of clients. It had a sout and a promise type clean.

The Hay Loft is a beautiful conversion which has everything you need for a self-catering holiday. Perfect location for travelling around Cornwall by car. We didn't meet the owners but everything was laid out and prepared for us including a travel cot, high chair and stair gate. The underfloor heating downstairs was a lovely surprise! And both showers are incredible.
Nothing. Everything was brilliant. A few logs to start us off for the fire would have been nice and there were a few cobwebs but that's really splitting hairs. We'd love to stay here again.

It needed a clean, did not use the wardrobe as I had a funny smell, no matches, no reply when asked a question,windows on the sash black,
