Die Übergabe des Schlüssels hat hervorragend funktioniert. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und freundlich. Leider hatte vorher jemand in diesem Appartement geraucht, wofür allerdings die Vermieterin nichts kann. Die Lage ist schön ruhig, aber da wir einen Termin in der Innenstadt hatten, und diese bei dem schlechten Wetter zu Fuss (wofür die Vermieterin auch nichts kann) schlecht zu erreichen. Und es wär sehr gut, wenn man in der Beschreibung schon mitteilen würde, dass es ganz oben und nur über mehrere Treppen erreichbar ist.

Die Ferienwohnung, war wirklich schön und Komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Wohnungseigentümern war sehr freundlich und die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte Reibungslos.
Was etwas Unpraktisch war, dass man durch ein Schlafzimmer musste um in den Waschraum zu gelangen. Was aber beim Schnitt ja Wohnung nicht anderes ging.
