The room was clean and well equipped, the host was very dedicated to it`s business. Verry attentive and customer oriented. The facilities of the room were above average.
The location is kind of remote and there is a metal processing facility nearby but for a short period stay this is ok

+ free parking in front of the accommodation + kitchen with most everything you need + a personal request was nicely met (thanks again) + good communication through WhatsApp + value-money is okay
- wifi was only soso - location is not the most touristic, but for an overnight stay it is okay - everything is a bit noisy - everything (including the beds) is quite small - the smoke of cigarettes could be smelled everywhere :-(
