About this house rental
Hi, I'm Cristina and together with my sister Claudia we would be happy to welcome you to our lovely apartment located on the outskirts of Poggibonsi in a typical rural Tuscan village, next to the provincial road that leads to: the Chianti area, the important art cities Florence , Siena, Pisa, Lucca and only 10 minutes by car from the famous city of San Gimignano, a UNESCO heritage site.
Our accommodation is ideal for 2 people and is particularly suitable for a romantic couple stay. "Villa Donella" takes its name from our mother who fell in love with this manor farm villa because it reminded her of her youth spent in the countryside. So with great passion and dedication he personally followed all the renovation of the apartment and took care of the furnishings in every little detail. We are certain that the feeling entering will be to feel at home away from home!
Located exactly in the center of Tuscany, "Villa Donella" is the perfect starting point to reach the Chianti area and the important art cities of Florence, Siena, Pisa and Lucca. Also you can easily reach the beaches of Cecina Mare (to the east) and the ski slopes and trails of Mount Amiata (to the south).
The apartment is developed all on the ground floor, with kitchen equipped with everything needed for cooking; romantic double bedroom with Queen Size bed, comfortable mattress and pillows; study / relaxation area with sofa and LCD TV-SAT; luxury bathroom with large walk-in shower. The Wi-Fi service is free everywhere within the property and H24.
It is surrounded by a large private garden all for the exclusive use of our guests with a delightful pergola equipped for outdoor lunches and dinners and BBQ. Every window and door window at home overlooks our private garden.
At our guests' disposal there is a carport, near the entrance of the accommodation, inside the property.
Upon your arrival, you and / or my sister will give you the keys to the house and the automatic gate, for your free access to the apartment.
You will be received directly from me and / or my sister and with great pleasure we will give you all the necessary information and suggestions, together with a map of the area, to help you spend a pleasant and enjoyable stay in Tuscany.
As a gift from Benvenuto you will be offered a bottle of typical Tuscan wine.
During your stay you can contact us for any need.

Within 150 m there are: a supermarket and a large shopping area, bars, restaurants and take-aways.
Nearby you can go hiking, trekking and mountain biking as well as balloon rides, swimming pool, tennis, golf and horse riding.

Der Empfang durch Cristina und Claudia war sehr herzlich, sodass wir uns von Anfang sehr wohl fühlten. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und es war alles vorhanden. Auto und Fahrräder können wir auf dem abgesperrten Grundstück sicher abstellen. Da wir tagsüber viel unterwegs waren, haben wir von dem Verkehr auf der benachbarten Straße nicht viel mitbekommen.
Perfekter Augangspunkt für Touren nach San Gimignano, Chianti oder Siena.
Wir würden wiederkommen.

Charming apartment with good outside space and private parking. Cristina and Claudia are lovely and very helpful. Quite near a main road which although can be noisy during the day, is quiet at night. PAM supermarket just up the road as is petrol station. Need to drive into Poggibonsi, too far to walk. Easy train journey to both Florence and Siena. San Giminagno is about 10 minutes drive. apartment well placed for exploring the area. Easy drive from Pisa Airport. Would definitely recommend.

Villa Donella ist ein ideales Quartier für Urlauber mit Auto, um die Toskana zu erkunden. Alle Ziele sind sehr gut zu erreichen . Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet und mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Auch das Auto ist im abgeschlossenen Objekt sicher untergestellt.
Einziger Schwachpunkt ist der tagsüber starke Verkehr auf der benachbarten Strasse.
Fazit: Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
