Big walkout basement suite with lots of natural light and private entrance. Great for just a couple or for families with two bedrooms --one queen and one bunk beds, 2 sofa sleepers, 2 air mattresses, port-a-crib, 4 child mattresses for the floor. Some toys available. Full kitchen, large bathroom, gorgeous view of Pikes Peak and mountain range.
About 20 minutes into Colorado Springs.

This place was everything the comments said it was. More than reasonably priced!! Super clean!!! We stayed purely based on the comments. We were extremely pleased! I highly recommend this place!!

Had everything we needed for 4 adults staying 3 nights. Wonderful view of Pike’s Peak and away from the hustle and bustle of Colorado Springs. Second time staying here.

It was just as described. A finished basement with enough beds to accommodate my family on our trip. As a bonus, there were books, games and puzzles available, as well as some other extras that made it feel more like a home instead of just another place to sleep. GREAT view of Pikes Peak from the entry!

the water was contaminated with sulfate, they left two bottles of water for you to drink during your 3 night stay. the projector didn't work after the first night.
it seemed as if nobody had rented in awhile because there was dust and bacteria all over the towels & dishes.
wanted to grill but no way to work it, nothing to wash dishes with, took me an hour to figure out how to work the shower,mf if you did take a shower you would be greeted by very old soaps and shampoos.
over all it was mid, me and my friends got high and drunk enough to enjoy the stay but that's about it.
