The two story rock home, Wildblumen cottage and indoor pool are on 2.3 acres, nestled beneath a canopy of mature Post Oak trees that light up at night. Ample parking and circle drive makes Fredericksburg Manor ideal for large groups and wine tour buses. The home is tastefully decorated and well stocked. The indoor pool is set up with a volleyball net and basketball hoop. The garage has a pingpong and foosball table.

This is the perfect spot for large groups. Functional big house with lots of space and nice finishes, huge private property with old trees and open space, 5 min from Fredericksburg. Indoor pool. It's perfect for large groups.
