Apartment of approximately 105sqm, with 2 bedrooms, 1 of them suite, large living room, balcony with barbecue, 1 parking space. Great location, in the commercial center, close to everything, pharmacy and bakery in less than 20 meters, restaurant across or turn the street (Atlantic Avenue).
