About this house rental
At the gates of the island of Oléron and in a quiet area, discover this pleasant air-conditioned house completely renovated of 110 m2, which can accommodate 6 people.
It consists of:
• Three rooms :
The first of 13m2 with a bed of 160x200
The second of 9m2 with a bed of 140x190
The third of 9m2 with two bunk beds of 90x190
• A living room of 40 m2 with TV area (flat screen, Canal Satellite, DVD player, wifi connection)
• An open kitchen fitted and equipped (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge ...)
• A bathroom with toilet, double sinks
• A toilet
• A scullery with washing machine, hob, oven, and refrigerator.
You will be seduced by its garden of 450m2, raised and shaded to rest and enjoy good times with family or friends (barbecue and garden furniture available).
You have a garage of 20m2 and a garden shed. Possibility of parking your vehicles on the ground.
This accommodation is located in the town of Bourcefranc-le-Chapus with its shops (bakery, butcher, pharmacy, florist, hairdressers, supermarket, restaurants, playgrounds, etc ..) and its markets (Wednesday and Sunday morning).
On site you can visit Fort Louvois, the Moulin de la Plataine, its port with its regular shuttles to Le Château d'Oleron (possibility to cross with bicycles) and cruises around Fort Boyard and walk on its bike paths.
At about 2 kms the island of Oleron, Marennes and its basin of seawater monitored, and its sailing school, 10 kms from the beautiful beaches of the Wild Coast, 25 kms from the zoo Palmyre and Corderie Royal of Rochefort. 40 minutes from La Rochelle and its aquarium.

La maison est comme sur l'annonce très bien équipée dans un quartier très calme, nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille et nous reviendrons avec joie pour une prochaine fois dabs cette maison où on s'est senti comme chez nous. Nous n'avons pas profité du coin jardin avec une météo capricieuse mais en été cela doit être très agréable

Le gite est très bien équipé et très bien documenté. Le jardin est bien entretenu également. Cela nous a permis de passer de bonnes vacances malgré un temps qui n'était pas au rendez-vous la première semaine.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison, très bien située dans cette belle region. La maison est agréable, très propre, bien décorée et très pratique. Elle est également très bien équipée et beaucoup de documentations pour passer de bonnes vancances.
La localisation permet de profiter de beaucoup d’activités : balades, visites, baignades (prête du bassin de Marennes, plus pratique avec les enfants).
Enfin le contact avec le proprietaire et la conciergerie s’est très bien passé.
Nous recommandons cette location et nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. La maison est très bien équipée, extrêmement propre et accueillante.
Beaucoup de belles balades à faire dans les environs. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
