About this house rental
Casa Rural la Carpintería, is located in the municipality of El Robledo, in the surroundings of Cabañeros National Park (western part of the region of Montes Norte), on the banks of the Bullaque River. The population of El Robledo is 1,300 inhabitants, and is 43 km away from the capital (Ciudad Real). Access to this municipality is made through the regional roads from Porzuna (CM-4106) and Ciudad Real (CM-412).
The house is located in the urban area, with external services of shops, bars, restaurants, pharmacy and gas station.
The house is newly built on 03-03-2008 and is composed of upstairs with a bathroom and 3 rooms, brush room with purple decoration and 150x200 bed, Guillamen room in this bedroom stand out in orange tones and contains 2 105x200 beds and Ribbed room in blue tones with two 105x200 beds, all decorated with rustic furniture, latex mattresses, 100 cotton sheets and blankets and decoration designed for the rest of our customers.
On the ground floor, it consists of a bathroom, kitchen with white furniture, appliances of the A + range (washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, touch control hob and microwave), all kinds of superior quality utensils and the large Garlopa room that has 40-inch LED TV with Smart TV and Bluetooth Audio Tower (RMS 60 W, touch panel, USB / SD and FM). Portable flat screen television for the cabin you want by having all the rooms, kitchen and porch TV socket.
We also have 2 porches, one front and the other rear with parquet and wooden beams.
It contains garden furniture (table, two sun loungers and four wooden chairs). Garage, with paved floor in slate and capacity for 2 or 3 vehicles. Green area, with lawn, and stone barbecue. Pool and shower for the summer months.
