As a summary of our staying at Apartment (2 adults and 3 kids). It has 2 small bedrooms, a joint bathroom with a toilet bidet, and a bathtub. Kitchen good equipped. Location is really good: - 3 min. walk to the ocean. - 2 min walk to fish market and froots/vegetable/meat market. - restaurants, small supermarkets, and wine shop just around the corner. - pedestrian aria to get to the apartment. - access to the promenade for a evening walk with more shops and restaurants. It has two balconies. 1st, from bedrooms side with the view on the pedestrian street. 2nd, that we enjoyed, from the kitchen and living room with barbecue / grill and table for eating outside. Apartment runs by managerial company. People there were nice and friendly, responded quickly to our requests.

Things that can be improved or maybe you should consider: Pedestrian aria also means that it is a loud place in the evenings, with music etc. May need some renovation. Old bed linen, pillows that need to be changed and better towels (even so they were like new, just really bed quality).
