Spacious house in great location for the ferry
Family living nearby so great location and walked to the ferry. In general the house was clean and tidy.
Curtains were water stained and most were hanging off the rails. No air flow on a hot evening so difficult to sleep with the fan only upstairs.

Spacious and well connected to Auckland, needs a bit of TLC
The property had lots of space for our family and was light and spacious. The area was just what we needed for a few days with connections into Auckland and shops/restaurants all within walking distance.
We arrived as it was getting dark so everything seemed ok on arrival, but the next day it was clear that the ‘light clean’ they do between guests wasn’t sufficient and everything was a little bit grubby. After we had washed dishes and given a few areas a quick clean the only issues were maintenance issues, which the property have been notified of and hopefully fix before the next guest (slow draining showers, flickering lights, etc). The only other issue was the bedrooms upstairs were cold and had no heating, the duvets were very thin and the pillows very uncomfortable; we went to use a blanket from the downstairs bedroom but on inspection it was very dirty so we left it where it was! The place could do with a bit of TLC to restore it to a higher standard.

The perfect place to stay in Auckland
This house was the perfect stay for our wee family of 5 - It was super comfortable and lots of space for our toddler to run around - The staff were great from the moment we checked in right up until our departure date. The house is in a handy location with the supermarket only down the road, a quick 5min drive in the car or Westfield Shopping Mall is only a short 10-15min drive away - We loved our Stay here and will definitely be back again :)
We found that there wasn’t enough small pots in the kitchen to cook with (Only Medium or Large sized pots) but we made do with what was available to us and that didn’t affect our stay at all.
