Overall I am very pleased with the property. Clean, comfortable, lots of entertainment. Only complaint I have is that I am very surprised at having to pay for Wifi during our stay. Seems ridiculous in this day and age. Other than that, I would stay here again if the cost pencils out with the addition of Wifi charges.

Check-in went fairly smoothly, our room was ready so they let us check-in about 30 minutes early. The suite was clean and nice and cool when we arrived, which was really lovely on a 95 day. Having the kitchen in-suite is really nice to have, early morning coffee, a wine key when you forget your own and the fridge were all things we took advantage of!The wi-fi is 9.95 per day (up to three devices) but works well when you pay for it.The only downside for this trip was our room location in Bldg 9, between the maintenance area and the construction going on across Shiloh Rd, made for a much noisier stay then we are used to at this property. We were close to the hot tub so I guess there are always trade offs. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will return.

The space was pretty much as described, my main critique is that the pictures did not match the space we ended up in? It was fine but not what I expected. It did seem very family friendly and we had no issues with the service. When you plan a vacation for so long and you expect a certain experience for your family and you do not get it, it can be pretty frustrating. Just put accurate pictures on your properties and people will know what to expect. I don't think this was an accident and as such I probably will not go to this location again.

Solid property. Easy to get to/from Dry Creek, Alexander, Russian River and Sonoma Valley wineries. Perfect for 4 adults. Relaxing atmosphere. Great food options within a short drive. Only downside was the sales pitch as you check in to get your key and having to pay a subscription for wifi. Would recommend though as a great alternative to Healdsburg area.

Came with girl friends to go wine tasting. The resort was wonderful. Check in process was a little irritating that you had to go thru the "set up a time share meeting" pitch in order to get your room keys. My husband wasn't with me so I couldn't sit through the presentation anyway. The resorts proximity to Windsor town center, Healdsburg town center, and wine tasting is excellent. Both town centers are worth a visit. Where the resort actually sits is not exciting. But we would stay here again.

It was great location for us. It had all the amenities necessary, including spice packets!!! A couple of storage containers, would have been helpful. Check-in was deceiving as it is a time-share/vacation club property. I had to listen to the benefits of joining before we were given the keys. Lastly, we had ant's and forget to tell them at checkout.

We stayed five days during which we cooked breakfast each morning and we grilled dinners on 3 evenings. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals, and the gas grill is a great amenity. The unit overall is spacious, clean and comfortable, and it is very well maintained. The location is perfect for access to local wineries, and within a 5 minute drive of an incredible gourmet grocery store called Oliver’s. We’ll definitely try to book another stay in this condo in the future.

The location of this condo was within 10 to 20 minutes of everything we needed to do all weekend. The check-in process was super easy and the front desk employees were amazing. We had everything we needed and loved having access to the pools and the fun happy hour. I accidentally forgot some clothes in the dryer and they were kind enough to reach out to me so they they can send me my items. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family was in Healdsburg for a wedding. I know it is very difficult to find a 2 bedroom in the area, as we are from Marin and know the area very well. This resort in Windsor was great, and very close to downtown Healdsburg. Thank you.

If I were 20 years younger, I would’ve loved a time share at this Wyndham property. Beautiful pool. Only downside was at checkin they wanted me to commit 90 minutes of my stay to a pitch. We had the Russia. river to kayak, and Armstrong Redwoods to savor. Great two days

The condo was great for our 3 grown sons and us. The Murphy bed was a great bonus-so much better than a sofa bed. Communication with the owner was very good. Parking was easy and convenient. Check in process and cleanliness were not great, but we know that the owner has no control over that-it’s a WorldMark issue. I have left them a separate review. I would rent from Gina again, she was great.
