Main cottage sleeps 9 with 4 bedrooms, 1 full bath, 1 half bath, Kitchen with island, separate dining area and living area. 8 x 30 attached deck has western exposure views with stunning sunsets going down over the water and the presidential mountain range. Has an aluminum dock system and a mooring right in front of the private beach. High Speed Internet and access to streaming TV as well.

Loved this property with its west facing view from the deck and great dock and mooring. Place was clean, comfortable and well maintained. I would highly recommend it for a big family. Michael was very responsive and a great host.

We loved our stay on Frye Island. This house and property was perfect for our family. Loved having a private beach and dock to swim from! The rental owner was wonderful to work with. Very responsive to inquiries and provided a lot of great information about the island.

The first thing to say is that Michael was a first class host. He provided quick responses to any questions that came up and made sure we had everything we needed. The cabin itself was perfect...plenty of room for 8....nice private dock with easy access...when we weren't on the dock or swimming, we took advantage of the hard drive hooked up to the TV with over 400 movies and also enjoyed the amazing blue tooth speaker...very nice kitchen and dining area...overall, just a slice of paradise that was appreciated by the whole family...highly recommend!
