Outstanding Waterfront Property on the shores of Frye Island, Maine in pristine Sebago Lake. Main cottage sleeps 9 with 4 bedrooms, 1 full bath, 1 half bath, Kitchen with island, separate dining area and living area. 8 x 30 attached deck has western exposure views with stunning sunsets going down over the water and the presidential mountain range. Has an aluminum dock system and a mooring right in front of the private beach. High Speed Internet and access to streaming TV as well.
In 2026,we expanded the living space over the garage which now has two more bedrooms, a full bath with shower/tub combination, kitchenette and a living / dining area and an outdoor shower! Private deck with spectacular water views.
Total Property Capacity: Sleeps 13. 6 bedrooms (3 Queen Beds - 1 full size bed 6 twin beds) 2 full baths, 3 half baths and one outdoor shower.

Loved this property with its west facing view from the deck and great dock and mooring. Place was clean, comfortable and well maintained. I would highly recommend it for a big family. Michael was very responsive and a great host.

We loved our stay on Frye Island. This house and property was perfect for our family. Loved having a private beach and dock to swim from! The rental owner was wonderful to work with. Very responsive to inquiries and provided a lot of great information about the island.
