Safe neighbourhood, comfortable stay

The room is located in a safe area of CDMX. There are many restaurants and convenient shops nearby. You can also take a metro/bus, which is no more than 10 minutes walk. The room is spacious. There's also a lounge area, where you can chill.

You just need to watch out for ants in the bathroom. Because of the humidity, the toilet can be quite smelly.

Fair but not an ideal choice

The location is pretty good. It’s in a safe community, close to a couple of good cafes and this area has the best tacos. The host is attentive and respond very quickly. They provide a hair drier and the bathroom has a bright window.

1. Airplane noise: This isn’t mentioned in other reviews, but be aware that you’ll hear loud flight noise about every 20 minutes—especially during the night and early morning. Not ideal for light sleepers or anyone sensitive to noise. 2. Self check-in and check-out: The process is fully self-service, which means extra coordination with the host and managing a set of keys to lock and unlock the place. It can be a bit inconvenient. Also, the host charges 200 MXN if you need help storing luggage after checkout. I opted for a third-party storage service, which was much more affordable. 3. Bedding: The bed sheets felt a bit worn and weren’t particularly comfortable.

The room was excellent 👌🏻. The check in very easy and convenient, all the facilities clean, and the common spaces quiet. We felt cared and secured. The room number 1 was wonderful for us and the location convenient for an event we had today in the area. Sanborns is very close Wich is a great option.

Nice room in nice neighbourhood.

The house is in a nice, safe and quiet neighborhood. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and tidy. Alexander, the young man in charge of the place is a helpful and cooperative lad. You can reach him through Whatsapp if you need extra information. The location is excellent, three blocks away from the Metro stations “Eugenia” and “División Norte”. There are several shops nearby where you can buy an OXXO sim card to be used while you are in Mexico, if you are a foreigner. In about 5 minutes you can walk to the closest Sanborns for breakfast or other meal: a good restaurant with a very pleasant atmosphere and service. It even has an INBURSA Bank ATM inside. However, there are lots of different places to eat and drink in the area, including the local market called “24 de Agosto”, within walking distance via Anaxágoras street. The supermarket SORIANA is also nearby. "Esperanza", an excellent bakery on Avenida Cuautehmoc offers a variety of breads and "tostadas", the crispy corn tortillas. And for the ladies who like to look well all the time, there are plenty of hairdressers in the area. I would definitely stay there again, when I go back to CDMX.

Bed and pillows were not that comfortable No blackout curtains Host unwilling to help with luggage request or even suggest alternative options. Very quick to judge if they think you are bringing someone over I was just getting my food from downstairs.

Fabulous

The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Breakfast with toasts, croissants, butter, jam, cereals and fresh fruits was great! Coffee and tea available all day.

Nothing, we really enjoyed the experience! You can hear the planes flying over the house but didnt bother us. Hint: you can take Uber to reach downtown easily.

No había desayuno, el trato fue mamón en ciertas/varias respuestas ante dudas y no mucha amabilidad. La habitación era decente, pero al ser casa, no contaba con microondas o algo para las comidas

La ubicación es buena .

La cama es muy dura podría decir que el colchón es viejo , me dolió la espalda , el wc está muy pegado a la pared y no cabes . No hay estacionamiento. Y los vecinos estaban fumado 🌿 me dolió la cabeza y es incómodo .

Zona hermosa y tranquila

La zona es muy tranquila, a unas 4 cuadras largas del metro, muy cerca para quienes no tengan dificultad de caminar. El cuarto es amplio, tiene secador de pelo, un pequeño calentador para noches frías.

La habitación estuvo muy linda, soy muy especial con el baño y el de esta habitación me encantó. Me gustó que tiena ventana que da hacia la calle para poder echarle un ojo a mi coche.

Buen lugar, mala gestión en el check-in

La locación, el baño privado y es cómodo para descansar.

La recepción, no tienen organización para la entrada. Ese mismo día llegaron más personas y nadie podía contactar con la persona de la reservación para saber cómo entrar, personalmente fueron aproximadamente 40 minutos esperando respuesta
