Laetitia (the owner!) and her home were simply fantastic! I booked for Le Mans 24h course and this b&b was perfect, near to the circuit, all new brand and really curated in every details. Laetitia made us felle at home, gave us all the infos about the best directions to take, about the parade (really nice) and ..suggestions about tipical wine and sweet to buy!! Perfect solution to move to Le Mans.

it’s proximity to Le Mans circuit and the Mulsanne straight
We weren’t expecting simply a bedroom in someone’s house. there were facilities to be used but not of an en-suite nature or private
Two of the electric sockets were falling out of the wall and unusable
The facilities as described in the listing for the room were not correct and should be reviewed
