El check in no es ideal. Te spamean con muchos emails innecesarios y cuando tiene el momento importante de tener el código para tener las llaves tienes que preguntar tú, porque su sistema de check in no va bien y no está directamente relacionado con Booking The flat is very nice but it is not for 3 people as advertised ( and even less for 4 as you say). The couch is very uncomfortable and divides in two. ( Check the pictures, this is the supposed bed for the third or 4th person) Secondly I don't see the point of paying a cleaning fee if you request to leave the house tidy and even take out the garbage which you don't explain where it is and is 20 mins away by walk. The skilift is also very far away, and not 2 mins away as advertised. There is a huge hill in-between and after a ski day is terrible to do. And lastly your Spamming before arrival was very annoying and I don't see the point of having an automated check in app if it is not working and I have to send different times the documents and request myself the information to get the keys.

privacy and the view

1-instructions on to lock the main door from inside was not given. I was struggling to lock it for almost an hour before instructions were given over the phone/email. 2- Road signage to exact location of the apartment is not clear enough. I was encircling the areas for few times before finally being guided by some local people. 3- the floor inside the bedroom was not cleanly mopped. There were some patches near the bed.
