Excessive wasps (clearly not the fault of the hosts!) but maybe a few wasp catchers around and a zapper to enable outdoor eating

plenty of space and well equipped. each bedroom had en-suite or access to own bathroom. nice garden with plenty of tables and chairs. big conservatory with pool table. quick walk into Winchcombe centre, 20 minutes to steam railway

Kingfisher Cottage was the perfect place for our shared family Christmas. We are so grateful.

Event room was accommodated by its own bathroom. The large conservatory, kitchen dining and separate lounge provided space for varied activities. The owners had set the house so beautifully with Christmas decorations, it was a glorious surprise! The location, close to town meant we never needed to use the car to venture in for supplies, a meal or beverage at the pubs.

Great place to stay.

Excellent property, large and well laid out, it was great to have a bathroom for each bedroom. Couldn’t have asked for better accommodation for our family, met our needs exactly. The pool table was an added bonus and the owners were very approachable if needed. It is just a stones throw from village shops and everywhere else in the Cotswolds is easily accessible. Would definitely stay again.

lovely weekend break

The house was lovely and had everything we needed. The location was great. Lovely views. Plenty of places for walking.

The rooms were very warm. Underfloor heating was great but we were unable to alter it, The conservatory was fabulous as a dining room and place to relax but the clear roof needed some sort of blinds as the heat was intense from the sun glaring through. Hosts were lovely however they didn't respond to messages sent by email or text when we had a couple of questions.

A beautifully appointed property in a superb location.

The location is superb. We were staying for a family wedding in Stanway so it was perfect for us. Winchcombe is a beautiful town and we would have loved to have had more time to explore both Winchcombe and the surrounding area. We would definitely love to come back again.

We spent most of the time in the sunny garden as the weather was so nice. Every room was well equipped and clean. A lovely get together for a group of friends. Would definitely recommend.
