It was just enough for what we needed, clean and comfortable.

spacious, clean, well equipped with lots of nice touches like toiletries and tea, coffee etc. perfect for friends and families get togethers. excellent and helpful communication throughout

The house, the facilities, all of it was lovely. Great place to stay, it's cosy and perfect location to get around Manchester or if your stopping off near the airport. Loved the place and would use again for sure John and Crissy were very helpful and great to work with.

My only feedback was the beds could be better when you have a group of big guys staying, we didn't find them as comfortable but for others maybe fine

It was in a good location with good parking for multiple cars, pretty quiet as well. The host was friendly and showed us round when we got there, and gave us some recommendations for nearby things to do.

Unfortunately there was mould on the baby’s cot so we couldn’t use it, and some of the towels had brown fake tan like stains on them. A lot of the cups were dirty so we used the dishwasher before using them. Also some black mould in the upstairs bathroom by the shower. Would be better if there was more of a comfortable place to sit too, the table came in handy but there’s only 1 small sofa that fits 2 people comfortably and 3 squashed up. The rest had to sit on a wooden bench and dining room chairs.
