L'immense terrasse sur la mer, la tranquillité des lieux en basse saison, l'appartement bien agencé, place de parking avec l'appartement.
Les marches à monter avant d'atteindre les lieux mais ce n'est qu'un détail.

La superbe vue sur la plage et la baie de Canyelles. Très grande terrasse. Appartement bien équipé et moderne. Le calme du quartier
Il faut bien prendre en compte la hauteur et les escaliers. Il faut avoir une bonne mobilité.

Great view. Great patio. Dedicated parking spot.
Shabby furniture. Chipped plates. Burnt light bulbs. Cupboards and drawers full of useless clutter. No outside light to front door..had to use cell phone flash light. Had to buy cleaning rags and garbage bags. Only 2 hot plates for cooking...no oven. Very small hot water heater just enough for 1 shower. Wet couch cushions forced us to sit on plastic bags! 55 steps from street level to apartment entrance. Patio door leaked and flooded floor during a rain storm. Bed in master bedroom is just small double.
