About this house rental
From the moment you walk into this newly built country home you will feel like you are home! Upon entrance you walk into a large open concept living space that includes a spacious living room with a gas fireplace and a 55" flat screen tv, a very well appointed kitchen and vaulted ceilings. The master bedroom features a king size bed .
The upstairs space includes 2 large bedrooms, the first guest bedroom has a king size bed and the other guest room features a queen size bed. This upstairs space also include a nice sitting area that overlooks the lower living area.
My favorite space in the home may be the lower level. This is a large open space that includes a second living space with plenty of comfortable seating and a 55" tv, a foosball table and an air hockey table and two bunk beds each with a twin bed on top and a full size bed on bottom. This is a perfect space for families as the adults can be upstairs unwinding around the gas fireplace while the kids are downstairs watching tv and playing games.
For the skiers in the group the home is only three minutes from both the Attitash and Bear Peak base lodges. You want a little winter adventure? Northern Extremes Snowmobiling is only 5 minutes from the home. Or if the weather is not cooperating you can head to North Conway and it's 100+ tax free outlets and great restaurants and it is only a 10 minutes away.

Probably the nicest rental we’ve ever stayed in! The house is beautiful, location is really great and the surrounding area is gorgeous!! The house is stocked with everything you would need for a vacation. Our kids especially loved the basement and played down there a ton. We definitely recommend this place and look forward to staying again

Bob the manager of the home was a pleasure to work with and extremely helpful. The home was very easy to find. The place was top notch, with more than ample room for three couples and more. The convenience of three full baths was so nice. All of the appliances were top of the line and everything was in working order. The home was very clean. I would recommend this home to anyone.

This place is so great! It was wonderful cooking in this kitchen. We had such a wonderful time! We will be back this winter!
