About this villa rental
We invite you to stay in our beautiful ocean view villa, where you can wake up to a majestic sunrise. We will also pick up/drop off our guests from the airport for free. (Only available for guests who are staying over 7 nights. Please ask us for details.)
Guests will have direct access to Dian Bay on the property where you can enjoy snorkeling with our free water sports rentals. We are also just a 5 minute walk to Long Bay Beach.
We have been renting this villa privately for years, but we decided to share this villa on Airbnb/VRBO as well so that we could share the wonderful experience to more people.
【Meet our housekeeper, Marilyn】
Marilyn, our dedicated housekeeper, will make sure all guests have clean bedsheets and towels upon your request. Daily dishwashing and sweeping is included in the service as well.
If you need anything during your stay, Marilyn will be there from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm to help you. If you need any recommendations on where to visit or what to do during your stay, please feel free to message us and we will provide you with multiple suggestions. (We know some places that you could enjoy for free too!)
【Free pick up/drop off at the airport*】
If you are visiting this villa from overseas, we will coordinate a taxi driver to pick you up at V.C. Bird International Airport. If you are leaving the country on the day you check out, we will also drop you off at the airport free of charge.
*Available upon the guests’ request. This will be a special offer for guests that stay for over a week.
【Flexible check-in/check-out time】
You may check in anytime that is convenient for you after 1PM. Marilyn will greet you to the villa. (If you arrive very late or early, please see our mini brochure (sent prior to your check-in) to see how to unlock the gates).
The checkout time is 11am, but if there are no bookings right after, you may stay there for a few hours longer.
【Free water sports rentals】
Any guests that are staying at Greenheart Villa Antigua will also have access to the water sports items for free. These are the items we have ready for you:
・Snorkeling masks (Large size x2, small size x2)
・Swim fins (Extra large x1, large x1, small x1, extra small x1)
・Body boards (48 inches x1, 42 inches x1)
・Inflatable paddle boards (2 are available)
【Meet the locals】
Since we have a lot of connections with the locals in Antigua, if you have any activities that you would want to do, introduce you to local services. For example, if you want to experience jet skiing, we will introduce you to Rolston.
【Notes】
Please note that we do have Wi-Fi but as it is an old router, the connection may not be as fast and stable. If necessary, we recommend you bring your own mobile router.
If not, it is a great way to get away from the digital world and fully bask into the wonderful nature and enjoy the tropical island.

This is a wonderful villa, with a truly wonderful staff both on- and off-site.The setting is the first thing you register: open Atlantic, constant breeze, the quiet calm of the bay. It feels secluded without ever being inconvenient—groceries and several excellent beaches are a short drive away, and the roads are easy once you get your bearings.The house itself is clean, well-kept, and thoughtfully designed. The indoor-outdoor flow works exactly as promised—doors open, air moves through, and you end up living on the terrace more than anywhere else. The kitchen is fully equipped (not the usual stripped-down rental version), which mattered since we cooked most nights. Bedrooms were comfortable and restful.A few practical notes: you’ll want a rental car—this isn’t a walkable location. Bring bug spray for the evenings (standard for Antigua). Wi-Fi was reliable for everyday use.Communication with the host and property manager was smooth and responsive throughout. Marilyn, the housekeeper, was a treasure—warm, attentive, and an essential part of what made the stay feel so easy.What stayed with us most was the rhythm of the place. Mornings arrive wide and bright over the water; evenings stretch out and soften. You settle into it quickly—coffee outside, long afternoons, dinner with the sound of the bay carrying through.We’d go back without hesitation.

Really lovely house with amazing views and privacy. Very helpful and communicative host who was always quick to reply to any messages and queries. Even has a private area to go in the sea downstairs, with loungers! Plus plenty of space upstairs - we particularly enjoyed sitting on the terrace every day. House was well-stocked with things like beach towels and within reasonable walking or short driving distance of Long Bay beach which we visited several times. As we were staying there 7 nights we also got airport transfers both ways which was really helpful and very smooth. Daily housekeeping and a washing machine (washing done for us on weekdays which was an unexpected bonus!) Also had a nice surprise of two visiting cats :)

The House at Willikies was an interesting stay. If you want to stay somewhere authentically Antiguan, with home decoration and a real home experience this is a great place. The property is large to UK standards and the grounds are immaculate. The views and sea access were the absolute selling point for me - stunning!Some of the downsides for us were unfortunately outside anyones control - we came in July and arrived during a particularly hot heatwave (yes in Antigua!), the property was stifling even though completely opened up - the fans did little to alleviate the heat and not much sleep was had. The kids found this particularly challenging. Keeping the house open did mean mosquitos (this is a 'Tropical' house - there are not even fly screens on the slat windows which I have seen on other 'Tropical' houses in the Caribbean). However, the house is totally 'open' no front door -and air holes in the roof so fly screens would not work. Be warned. The Verandah hotel opposite throws out loud music a few times a week until very late (even in down season) the noise carries at night. We were unaware that a housekeeper is employed by the house - if you are early risers no problem but if not this may be challenging, it was lovely to have someone clean every day and all the staff were marvellous and could not be more helpful, but it is slightly intrusive and she could not come later due to transport. Despite this I absolutely loved the house and its remoteness and very sad to depart

We've just returned from spending a very relaxing family Christmas break at the Gordon House. It was our first time away from home at Christmas and we were travelling with teenagers and my elderly mother and I have to say the house worked beautifully for all. Its a very spacious house with the most amazing views. Our children loved the terrace area for sunbathing, swimming and fishing and my mother was very happy relaxing in the house enjoying the views. Marilyn the housekeeper looked after us really well and couldn't do enough for us and we thoroughly enjoyed the curry she made for us on our arrival.
The only problem was the quantity of mosquito's which made life a bit difficult. I don't know wether it was just the time of year but they were pretty relentless. Marilyn was really helpful in supplying deet spray and putting up mosquito nets at night but be aware as the house is open to the elements and its virtually impossible to avoid them.
All in all all a great trip and looking forward to returning.
