About this villa rental
Villa of 125 sqm with a large garden of 1200 sqm just 100 meters from the beach. The house is composed on the ground floor of living room, kitchen and service with large outdoor porch and lawn. The upper floor has 1 double bedroom, 2 bedrooms with twin beds, 2 bathrooms and a terrace with sea view. All rooms are air-conditioned with daikin. The linen with relative change is provided. There is a beach service and the provision of 2 sunbeds and umbrella.

Das Haus ist geräumig und ist sehr schön gelegen. Es liegt nahe dem Strand. Es hat viel Platz und einen wunderschönen sehr gepflegten Garten. Leider war die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter schwierig, beim Checkout kam niemand und das Checkin war sehr oberflächlich. Dies war sehr schade. Ansonsten hat es uns sehr gut gefallen.

La casa del Sig. Stefano Diana è ideale per 6 persone. È spaziosa all’interno e con diverse terrazze ombreggiate all’esterno in un incantevole giardino.
Si accede a una delle più belle spiagge, lontano dal traffico, in meno di cinque minuti a piedi.
Abbiamo apprezzato la cordiale disponibilità del Sig. Diana, e la sua arte di preparare dei tartare e carpacci di pesce pescato da lui.
