The property was incredibly beautiful & so perfectly located. The staff were also very nice, they showed us on the map all the best Cenotes & gave us local recommendations. We stayed in a king room & the bed was HUGE! It was the best nights sleep we have had on our trip!
We loved staying here - the only one thing I would say is having a lower window / extraction fan in the bathroom as when showering it can get very steamed up.

This hotel was in a really good area. Close to the downtown area. It was super clean and the front staff was super friendly and helpful.
I loved the location and the cleanliness.

Great quite location close to the centre of Valladolid. Wonderfully spacious, clean comfortable and well presented room. The hacienda style courtyard is impressive. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Superb location just a few hundred metres from the Plaza e Parque Francisco Canton

The central location was ideal and the hotel was clean.
There are absolutely no facilities anywhere in the hotel. There is no restaurant.... Ok... but there is no coffee station. No common area to sit and have a conversation. There are no vending machines. They put one small bottle of water in the room and that's it. No ice machine. No sodas. No coffee. Nothing. This hotel literally offers a pace to sleep and shower.
