CASAMIA con giardino

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura e nel complesso ci siamo trovati molto bene. La casa è nuova, ben tenuta e soprattutto molto pulita. Le stanze hanno dimensioni adeguate e gli ambienti risultano confortevoli. Anche la posizione è ottima, comoda per raggiungere le principali località della zona. Nel complesso la casa è moderna, pulita, spaziosa il giusto e in una posizione davvero comoda. Una struttura che consiglierei, soprattutto per chi cerca una base tranquilla per visitare la Liguria.

Gli unici aspetti che, a mio avviso, potrebbero essere migliorati riguardano lo spazio esterno e la climatizzazione. Dalla descrizione mi ero immaginato un giardino più ampio, mentre in realtà si tratta più di un piccolo cortile. Inoltre, la casa non dispone di aria condizionata; sono presenti dei ventilatori che aiutano a rendere più sopportabile il caldo, ma nei periodi più caldi un climatizzatore sarebbe sicuramente un valore aggiunto. Detto questo, sono aspetti che non hanno compromesso il nostro soggiorno

We did not have B&B. It was a self contained Ground floor apartment. The apartment was suitable for 4 people ( 1 Double and 2 singles in another room) Although there was no A/c in the apartment there were several fans available. There was a bus stop at the road side by the Restaurant that is closed down next door. Bus No 705 every Hour both ways. We used public transport Tickets can be bought on your phone the app AMT and if you use the train like we did to venture in to Genova TrennItalia is the Regio train app 12,40 € to Genova from Cavi reached by bus. I you use the car Easypark App is the was to go for parking

We had a few issues that the Landlord now knows about ( He did not know before) and so he has said he will act on my suggestions. (ALL THESE ISSUES WERE TINY AND DID NOT AFFECT OUR VACATION) Some of these issues were down to previous guests ie, Knives and forks missing. I must stress that it is not fair to the Landlord when you give a review to not notify him of any problems and then give him a bad review. I told the Landlord up front after our holiday but before we left giving hem time to rectify most of the issues before the next guests. Because there were only 2 of us these issues had no impact at all on our vacation, but with a family of 4 it could give issues. The Onsite will allow only a small car I took my wife's Renault Kangoo short wheelbase because My BMW would never fit in the grounds., Although parking is available close by. We will come back again. even with the issues a 5 Star rating from 1to 5

solo un piccolo appunto, 4 persone 1 solo bagno occorre organizzarsi bene...in vacanza il tempo è sempre tiranno...

Arredo funzionale, dotazioni in cucina tutto il necessario, buona illuminazione e riscaldamento. Attenzione da parte dei proprietari per risolvere velocemente i problemi e venire incontro alle necessità

Sarebbe necessario cambiare/rinnovare le sedie attorno al tavolo, e pensare ad inserire un piccolo divano o poltrone. Inoltre una piccola luce per la lettura nella camera a due letti,
