Lage 2 Min zum Strand, perfekte Größe für Familien (2 x Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und 1 x Schlafzimmer Etagenbett, Wohnzimmer - zusätzlich konnte man auf den Sofas im Wohnzimmer schlafen, Küche, WC), Ausstattung (Ofen, Herd, Mikrowelle, Parkplatz, großes Balkon mit Sitzmöbel&Tisch und Wäscheständer; Waschmaschine) alle wichtigen Sachen außer Föhn waren dabei.

Möbel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen, Sofa hatte komischen Geruch.

The best part is location of the apartment - it is literally 1-2 mins walk from the sea and great sand beach! Another great thing is that apartment is really spacious - 3 bedrooms allow for many options of the stay with friends or family. The agency managing the apartment is very responsive - they respond quickly during the working days. The price was really attractive considering other options in the region (like 3/4 of prices of other apartments)

The first issue is the building address - it is incorrect in Booking and Google Maps! We spent an hour looking for the building based on the photos upon late arrival! Correct address is Via Altinate 103 (not 133). Another issue is lack of short manual on how to use appliances in the apartment. We figured out that cold water in the bathroom can be turned on using control between bidet and the toilet. Moreover, it was very cold when we arrived in the evening (end of April) so there wasn't time for heat up the apartment before going to sleep. The balcony wasn't cleaned so it was not comfortable using it. The apartment could be much better prepared for the stay. Another issue was sense of comfort and security. Not sure how it looks during high season (we were staying end of April - beginning of May), but the whole building was mostly empty, we were the only people staying there most of the days. Considering it's neither new nor renovated building, we had a sense of insecurity and discomfort during the stay. Moreover, the doors are really old and the lock doesn't seem secure at all. Note: you need to bring your own linen, towels and kitchen towels, there is also no WiFi.
