Felt like a shake down towels cost $30usd extra

Good location

No towels or bedding available unless we paid an extra 20 euros. As well we could not just rent the bed sheet-we had our own towels. It came as a package I consider this a shake down. As well the table in the courtyard had a pile of rotting olives on it. We had to clean it up to make the table usable. To be fair in looking at the fine print neither towels nor linen are listed. Having said that, i am a genius 3 level booking.com customer. I have never experienced a hidden fee for towels and bed sheets

The property is a little gem and the photos do not do it justice, stayed four nights but could have stayed longer.

The property is well located and equipped . There is a very nice outside space which was perfect for all of our meals. Efficient air conditioning, which was really needed. The owner lives next door which is very convenient.

No hair dryer, having to sort out including sheets and towels which are not included. Not a problem as just paid extra at the property, negotiated before arrival.

The location with a short walk to the town centre was ideal. In a quiet and secure gated area with parking provided at the property. There is a very pleasant terrace with shade from an olive tree.

Very quiet and conveniently located with excellent facilities and a parking space. The apartment was compact but had a really lovely patio foe eating al fresco.

It was one of our best Booking.com selections and we have been using Booking.com for many years.

It was located in a very quiet gated community.The location was superb because it was an easy 10 minute walk to the centre for shopping and restaurants of any kind. We hardly ever needed to use our car which was parked off the street in the gated community next to our accomodation. We had a lovely tiled patio outside the living spaces with a large olive tree for shade and a picnic table we could dine on outside or just relax with a glass of wine.That is why it is called L'Olivier. It was a great bonus to have Collette,our hostess, and her Family living next door who provided help whenever we required it.

Nothing much could have been better, but you should be aware that Collette and her Family speak very little English but we all managed without difficulty.

Sehr ruhige Lage in einem abgeschlossenen Wohngebiet. Freundliche Gastgeberin.

Etwas sehr einfach und im Detail lieblos ausgestattet. Es gibt z.B. eine Waschmaschine und Wäscheklammern, aber keine Möglichkeit diese aufzuhängen. Bei einer Ferienwohnung kann man erwarten, dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher inklusive sind und nicht extra bezahlt werden müssen.

Tous. Propreté irréprochable, il ne manquait rien, tout a ete pensé dans les moindres détails proche du centre et de la plage, un silence !! Tous peut être fait a pied, notre hôtel était exceptionnelle. La terrasse sous l Olivier magnifique. Je recommande a 200 % et j espère qu elle sera libre pour moi pour une prochaine escapade . Meilleur hébergement pour nous des Saintes marie

Petit Paradis

L'Accueil a l'arrivée et la discrétion durant le sejour de Colette est exemplaire . L'endroit très calme dans un lotissement sécurisé où une place de parking à côté du logement est prévu. L'appartement comprends tout ce qu'il faut et très propre , la grande terrasse avec l'ombre de l'olivier complète bien la valeur de ce logement . Un point important également est la possibilité de prendre possession des lieux à partir de 13 heures , nous sommes arrivés à 12h45 et reçu avec le sourire . De toutes les locations faites à saintes maries de la mer , je la place en N°1.....et de loin . On reviendra c'est sur , dorénavant ce sera notre point de chute . A signaler également, commerces , centre ville , plages à proximité à faire à pied . Un grand MERCI à Colette

Il fallait apporter ses draps, mais ils peuvent être loués avec une surtaxe de 20.- par personne, le canapé click clack vétuste était très inconfortable, pas possible de dormir dedans, sera changé le lendemain.. mais pas de réduction pour moi.. salle de bain un peu froide pas de chauffage ,

Posizione a due passi da tutto: dal centro, da una boulangerie e da un supermercato. Posto auto davanti a casa all'interno di un condominio recintato. Disponibilità dei proprietari. Casa con due ambienti sufficientemente grandi ed accoglienti e con giardino esterno. Cucina attrezzata.
