The Space:

Location, modern and ample space? This spacious condo in the elegant Amalfi building is perfect for families or a group of friends.



The building’s rooftop terrace and pool are spectacular- you’ll love taking a dip, catching some rays on the loungers, or admiring the sunset!

The Amalfi building is centrally located in downtown Playa del Carmen- walk to great restaurants, bars and shops easily! 5th Ave is 3 blocks away and the beautiful beach is just 4 blocks away.

In the mood for an evening out? Don’t miss Coco Bongo or Mandala.



Need to pick up some essentials? Walmart is just 3 minutes away on foot and there are several convenience stores nearby.



Getting Around:

The condo is an easy 50-minute drive from Cancun’s International Airport. We’re happy to arrange private transportation for you!



Once you arrive, you can walk to everything you want to do in town. You can also rent a bike, and there’s a nice bike path along 10thAvenue. If you decide to rent a car, you’ll love that there’s free off-street parking at the building.



Taxis are plentiful, and there are two ADO bus stations in Playa, with buses departing to Yucatan Peninsula destinations and other Mexican states. The stations are located at:

5th Avenue and Benito Juarez

20 Avenida Norte and Calle 12



In the event you're driving around town, please note there are PARKING METERS in downtown Playa that operate from 10 am to 10 pm (maximum 6 hours). You must look for the digital meter to pay and display your receipt on the dashboard or risk the car being immobilized.



There are also four main PARKING GARAGES in downtown Playa Del Carmen:

- Under Quinta Alegría Mall. The entrance is on Constituyentes Avenue between 10th Avenue and 5th Avenue.

- Tendenza Parking is on 10th Avenue between 14th Street and 14 Bis Street

- Plaza Pelícanos - 10th Avenue between 8th and 10th Street

- 34th Street and 10th Avenue. 24hr car park (not underground)



All parking is reasonably priced. Prices are about 10-20 pesos an hour and about 200 pesos for 24-hour parking.



Other Things to Note:

Because of its prime location, there may be some noise at night from nearby establishments.



Security Deposit : A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.



We can provide a Pack&Play subject to availability for an additional fee.



Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.



House Rules

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.

- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.

- Please avoid from moving furniture

- Pets are not allowed unless there is prior authorization and an extra fee may apply if such is given.

- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.

- It is requested to use the Safety Deposit Box for all your valuables. We will not be held responsible for any loss or theft.

- Pool and common area regulations and opening hours have to be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. Glasses, glass bottles, food or coolers are not allowed in the pool, the use of disposable or plastic glasses are allowed.



Security Deposit:

A security deposit of $400.00 is required upon your arrival and the amount will be returned to you before you check out, provided there’s no damage or anything requiring repair due to an incident during your stay.



Please note that there is a mandatory cleaning service every from 21 nights on & every 21 days, at a charge of $50 USD. If your stay is between 21 and 42 nights, you'll be charged an additional $50; for stays between 42 and 63 nights, two cleaning fees ($100 total) will apply, and for every additional 21 nights thereafter, $50 will be charged.



A daily allowance of 20Kw/Day of electricity is included for short term rentals. Additional consumption will be charged at 3.85 mxn / kw. Electricity is not included for bookings of 28 days or more. On arrival, our local team will take a meter reading, and again on departure. You will be billed after check out for any additional consumption. Help us save energy by using the AC only when needed, avoid leaving it on if you are not in the property and close all windows and doors when you use it.



- Additional Services -

We are happy to assist you with other arrangements for a worry-free vacation, such as airport transfers, house keeping, tour information and booking, car rental, plus many more services. All of these services can be booked prior to your arrival. We are here to help you relax during your vacation.



We do supply some bath essentials to get you started, like some toilet paper, and soap. These items are not replenished each time you run out.

It’s an older property that could use some renovations but it was very clean. Not too far from 5th Avenue and very near Walmart. Secure building but only came with 1 set of keys so that requires some logistics if several people are coming and going. NOTE: there’s a blue fob on the key ring that you will need to get in and out of the pool area. No one told us so had to contact the property manager to see how to get in the pool area. Communication with the property manager was excellent, she got back with me immediately on the couple of issues we had. A nice place to stay for the price.
