Completely renovated with every imaginable amenity included in a Serena and Lily beachy vibe!! 4 TV's (one on balcony), DVD, stereo system, Wi-Fi throughout unit, wine fridge, HE washer and dryer in unit and top of the line appliances including dishwasher and Keurig coffee maker and microwave! The views from this particular unit are simply amazing. Enjoy completely unobstructed panoramic views from the iconic draw bridge to the south causeway bridge, sunset views are breathtakingly beautiful! Not a day passes that you won't see dolphins at play, along with manatees and boats of all sizes passing by! The unit itself is furnished with high end furnishings and decor to transport you to that perfect riverfront paradise. Master bedroom has ensuite bathroom with large walk in shower and separate vanity area plus extra large walk in closet. Master bedroom has double sliders leading to balcony which allow for gorgeous water views right from bed! The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and an office area. This bedroom also offers a private bathroom through the barn style doorway. There are board games, coloring books, card games and more in this bedroom too! Bouchelle Island is centrally located between the restaurant and shopping districts of Flagler Avenue and Canal Street in New Smyrna Beach. You will have access to ALL on site amenities: shuffleboard, tennis, workout facility, 18 hole pitch and putt golf course, 1/2 mile long boardwalk with fishing and cleaning station, 2 heated pools and hot tubs, grilling areas, clubhouse with activities and use of our kayak and paddle board. ALL utilities included + cable, Internet and home phone line included! Convenient access to this unit with elevator steps from the front door and parking lot directly in front of the building. Wonderful memories will be made with a stay at Bouchelle Island!!

My BF and I loved our stay at this beautiful property. Why? Because we love the gorgeous view from the balcony. You can see not only a parade of boats, but you can see birds and dolphins everyday. The sunsets were amazing, with different tones of red and violet colors. The condo had everything we need and more. New Smyrna and the condo premises have a lot to offer. We took advantage of all as much as we could (we were walking as well). We went to the
pool, spa, walked at the boardwalk. The people who live at the condo are so friendly. We went to the NS beach a few times, saw a rocket launching from the beach, walked through shops and bars, and rented a boat for half a day. CJ, the rental manager, was just a text away. Thanks so much!! We are definitely going to try to come again, perhaps once a year. We highly recommend this property!! Again, thanks so much!

We had a fabulous visit. The property is beautiful. The condo is very nicely decorated and has amazing views. We loved watching the boats and dolphins.

My husband and I just returned from a week in this lovely condo. Just as pictured and described except the main bedroom has a KING bed not queen. The owners have spared no expense in furnishing and stocking the place. Although not on the ocean, it is wonderful to watch the dolphins arrive each evening. One night they even put on a show with two babies jumping 6-8 feet out of the water. This condo is located a very short drive to New Smyrna beach and close to many beach restaurants. Less than a mile from Publix grocery store and Mon Dolice, a French bakery that has been in New Smyrna for years with great pastries and sub sandwiches. My husband and I, along with our dog, had a relaxing stay and will definitely return if heading to New Smyrna.

We loved watching boats of all kinds, dolphins, birds, and the beautiful sunset from the property and from the boardwalk just steps from the property. Fishing was great and the dock conveniently has several fish cleaning stations and high seats for a good view. Kayaking was a highlight and a nice amenity! The heated pool was clean and peaceful as well as the hot tub. While we didnt take advantage of the pitch and put, we wish we had as it was well maintained. Days on the beach were wonderful as the beach sand is soft and the beach is flat while also offering a view of numerous surfers. The New Smyrna Dunes, close by, were also a treat! The condo has an elevator for those in need and has a lovely kitchen with high quality appliances and surfaces. The decor was updated and beautiful. The owner thought of every detail!
