This listing is for the combined Crossroads Loft and Crossroads Storefront Studio. This 1880's executive loft has been completely renovated and is located steps off of Historic Route 66 and the beautiful Carthage square. It boasts 2 great rooms, a bedroom, gourmet kitchen, luxurious master bathroom and a half bath.
The storefront studio has a queen bed, loft double bed, compact full kitchen, vanity area, luxurious walk-in shower, and a toilet closet.
Although this loft has the charm of the original wood floors and brick walls, it also has modern amenities such as jetted tub, dishwasher and convection oven . Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable as possible and be your home away from home with quality furniture, upgraded linens and bedding and many extras.
This loft has its own private entrance and nearby free parking. You will have access to Wi-fi, cable, 2-person Jacuzzi, washer, dryer and all the amenities of home.
There is much to experience in our quaint town. There are Art Walks, Food Truck Fridays and live entertainment on the square. The Civil War Museum is literally next door. Within walking distance, there is a coffee shop, deli, an art gallery, antique shops, boutiques, bowling alley, historic courthouse, historic library, restaurants, authentic Hispanic stores and cuisine. Within a couple of miles, there is the Precious Moments Chapel, Stone's Throw Dinner Theatre, Route 66 Drive-In Movie Theatre, The Power's Museum, Municipal Park Golf Course, and historic Victorian homes.

We have used this property twice for Thanksgiving. It’s a perfect location for everyone to get together and cook and play together. We were a short walk from a family members wedding in the park near the square during the same time frame as well. It’s a short walk to a convenience store and also a nice little taqueria down the block. Owners are prompt with responses and check in and out was a breeze.
