Independent house type T2 on one level with large terrace and garden, for 4 people, located on the heights of Sanary / Ollioules between sea and countryside in an idyllic setting.
This large air-conditioned accommodation of 65 m² offers quality services and equipment. It overlooks a partially covered terrace of 30 m² with garden furniture and sun lounger as well as a garden.
Private access by remote-controlled motorized gate. Two private parking spaces.
You are in the heart of Provence, surrounded by vegetation and multi-hundred year old olive trees watching over the property. You can see the sea between two wooded hills.
It seems very close: it is the bay of Sanary. You will be there in less than 15 minutes by car to admire its Mediterranean fishing port and its typically Provencal atmosphere, its beaches and wild coves, or its Provencal market voted "most beautiful market in France".
You will be able to take advantage of all the tourist, natural and cultural centers of interest that this superb region offers with beautiful walks to do during the day, such as the island of Porquerolles, the Calanques of Cassis or the Gorges du Verdon.
The 18-hole golf course at Frégate, between Bandol and Saint-Cyr is 20 minutes away. In 15 minutes, you will be at the pier at the port of Brusc to reach the Embiez island and discover this corner of paradise which notably houses the Paul Ricard oceanographic museum.
And so many other beautiful things to experience and feel.
