A superbly finished flat in a central location.

The quality of the finish was superb — everything was new, and the entire apartment was spotlessly clean. We were greeted with welcoming touches: scones, clotted cream and jam, milk in the fridge, and coffee pods and tea bags. The location is ideal: a short walk to the town centre and easy access to the wilder stretches of the coastal path. There's also a convenient Coop supermarket about 150m away (open 7am to 10pm). The owners were quick to respond and very helpful when contacted. Parking is restricted on the street outside the flat (2-hour limit from 9am to 6pm), but if you arrive after 4pm, you can park overnight. There’s a nearby pay-and-display car park, or alternative on-street options close by. This setup didn’t affect us, as we’re early risers and tend to be out most of the day.

We live in a remote barn on a Welsh mountainside, where the only sounds are wind and wildlife — so we're perhaps more sensitive to traffic noise than most. The street outside the flat is a one-way system with a steady flow of cars during the day, although it does quieten down in the evening. From inside the flat, some traffic noise is noticeable. My wife, who has misophonia/hyperacusis, found it quite intrusive; I barely noticed it. I suspect the vast majority of people won’t find traffic noise a problem.

A wonderful place to enjoy Cornwall.

We had a wonderful stay. Perfect hosts and a lovely place to stay at. The beach is very close and there are good restaurants just around the corner. Good memories!

Very nice, extremely clean flat. Despite booking at very short notice, everything was prepared. Everything is available what is needed. We felt very comfortable.

We absolutely loved the flat. Clean, tidy and with everything we needed.

There was a door code so no need to collect keys. The house was ready for us the check in early too which was great. I was emailed with this info so it was a nice surprise to be able to check in 2 hours earlier than expected. There was a welcome cream tea waiting for us in the fridge which was amazing. Great communication with the hosts, checking with us if everything was ok. We are planning on staying here again. I would highly recommend this property. Great location for shopping, beaches and restaurants. You can park outside the property for 2 hours during the day, but ok after 6pm and all day on Sunday. There is a pay and display carpark opposite the property.

Wonderful, clean, fresh, comfy, great location.

The apartment was very clean and modern and new. The bed sheets were so clean and fresh and the bed so comfy. The location was great, a few minutes walk from the sea swimming pool and the coastal path and Sainsburys. There was an abundance of supplies- dishwasher tablets, washing machine pods, washing up liquid, soap, milk, towels, cooking pots and tinfoil.

Clean and spacious apartment in centre of Bude

The apartment was spacious and clean. Main bedroom bed was super comfy and we had all the amenities we needed. 2 minute walk from shops and cafes and about 5/10 minutes walk to the beach. Lovely view over the golf course.

Super modern apartment

Amazing apartment in a fantastic location. Great base for exploring Bude and surrounding area. Extremely clean and very comfortable with great views. Lovely cream tea waiting for us and a Co op just up the road for supplies. Great communication from Matt & Jean. Will definitely return.

We've stayed in many beautiful accommodations around the world and Number 19 is up there with the very Best, it meets all of your needs, spotless, comfortable, lovely decor, great location, personal touches - delicious scones. Matt and Jen are the perfect hosts and wouldn't consider staying anywhere else in Bude. Looking forward to our next visit.
