Everything was perfect. Very close to the beach (2mins) and very nice garden in quiet neighborhood.
The bad in the master bedroom could have been better. It was pretty squeaky and making noise whenever you turn around

This a nice 2-bedroom apartment abt 70m2 with large terrace. The location, while not on the first line to beach, is in the same complex of apartments next to beach, 1min walk. Beach is on the quieter side of Pefkochori. Terrace faces inside court, is quite large and nice. Overall place has everything necessary for family with 2 kids, including washing machine which was a reason with picked it, especially with 2 kids. Everything else worked well. Host was great, very helpful and available.
Wish it had a microwave, or coffee-machine, or some kitchen utensils, but wasn't a big deal or show stopper. The host bought a kettle for us and let us use the washer.
