Located within the Pantai Lima Estate, guests will get to enjoy shared facilities such as a tennis court, as well as private amenities in the property. • This property accommodates up to 10 adults, with capacity for up to 2 additional guests using extra beds for an additional fee, subject to availability. Children aged 6–12 years occupy an adult sleeping space and count toward the maximum occupancy. Up to 6 young children (0–5 years) may stay free of charge using existing bedding.

• The villa has an open, indoor living area with a beautiful view of the ocean. The enclosed air-conditioned dining area is adjacent to the kitchen area. There’s also an outdoor seating area near the pool and the manicured lawn. Lots of seating areas near the pool overlooking the ocean.
DINING
• The in-house chef is experienced in cooking Western, Indonesian and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, floating breakfast) can be arranged in advance. We also provide chef shopping service and pre-arrival shopping service charged at grocery bill + 15% handling fee.
KITCHEN
• Equipped with Oven, refrigerator, freezer, blender, Nespresso coffee machine, coffee maker, dishwasher, ice maker, juicer, minibar, rice cooker, stove, toaster, food processor, ice cream maker, sandwich maker, BBQ facilities, wine fridge, water dispenser, as well as essential cooking tools, cutlery, drinking and wine glasses.

• The indoor dining area has a rectangular dining table that can seat up to 10 guests. There is another dining area outside that can also seat up to 10.
