APARTMENT LOCATED IN MARTIM DE SÁ CONDOMINIUM - ON MARTIM DE SÁ BEACH - On Ana Francisca Fachini Street, 325 -
WITH PRIVILEGED LOCATION 50 METERS FROM THE BEACH.
I have WIFI.
3 BEDROOMS BEING 1 SUITE, LIVING ROOM, 2 BATHROOMS, CUP, KITCHEN AND BALCONY.

24 HOUR GATE.
NET / CABLE TV (over 70 channels), OWN TWO NEW 32 inch SMART LCD / LED TVS.
In addition to WiFi the apartment has two parking spaces, one covered and another discovery. It has all the necessary appliances and in great condition (fridge, stove, microwave and clothes washer). Ceiling and floor clothesline (with pegs), blender, etc. Has pans, mugs, cutlery, plates, cups, glasses, bowls etc. There is a bike in the bike rack at your disposal. Bed and bunk beds with all mattresses, plus 8 pillows, which are always covered with quilts when not rented. Balls for children and various rackets for freshnessball.
Guests will have access to all dependencies of the apartment and also the common area of the building, except the pool, games room and barbecue, under penalty of fine.
The Hostess will be Mrs. Irene who lives a few miles from the building.
Ice cream shop and acai berry about 30 meters from the building and another more sophisticated about 150 meters in front of the boardwalk.
Bakery about 80 meters full to have breakfast.
It is advised to come by Caraguatatuba, rather than Ubatuba, as the Tamoios Highway which contains two lanes is very good.
On the balcony there is the possibility of using a net (hooks), there is a hammock available to the guest.
Please note: The apartment voltage is 110 volts, with 1 220 volts signaled plug in each of the 3 bedrooms.
Do not turn on both showers at the same time, as this may cause the circuit breaker located on the panel (room) to fall, as well as the central circuit breaker that is located next to the concierge (if this occurs carelessly turn on extension 94 that the doorman provides the reclosure of same).
We provide 8 pillows with cover (need to bring pillowcases). We do not provide towels or bedding.

Viajei com minha família, ficamos sete dias, pensa em um apartamento aconchegante, com uma vista maravilhosa, porteiro super atencioso, proprietário prestativo, foi tudo perfeito, pertinho da praia nem precisa tirar o carro da garagem, amei, planejando meu retorno, o mais difícil foi ter que ir embora da vontade de ficar por lá, parabéns
