A instalação elétrica com sérios problemas, lâmpadas não ligam, queimam. Coloquei carregador de telefone em uma tomada e pegou fogo. Alto falante da televisão com problemas. Vaso sanitário merece um conserto também
Privacidade zero. Proprietário tem a parte de cima da casa. Ficava toda hora indo e voltando, cuidando tudo. Recebi um casal para almoçar e queria cobrar estadia deles

La atención de Thiago y su esposa, excelente. Hermosa la casa, muy cómoda y limpia. Muy completa! Cosas no muy comunes al alquilar como tuppers, o una freidora de aire, y muchas más, como si estuviera en mi casa. A 200 mts de la playa y del centro de Pinheira. Lo recomiendo, y si vuelvo a esta playa, la alquilaría de nuevo. A 3 minutos de playa da Cima y 5 min de Guarda do Embau. AA en todos los dormitorios. Recomendable 100%!!
