About this house rental
150m2 house completely renovated with taste, ideally located in the heart of the Aix countryside and a few minutes from the center of Aix en Provence. It offers all the comfort, ideal for a family with children, with a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a cool floor in summer. Outside, a 50m2 terrace with a garden furniture, a dining area (6 people), and gas BBQ. Large garden (3000m2) with beautiful swimming pool (8.50x3.30 m) and its 4 relax and trampoline.
The house is on one level with 3 beautiful bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom (160 cm bed), dressing room and adjoining bathroom with walk-in shower and WC, 2 children's bedrooms (90 cm bed) and a small additional bedroom / TV area with a bench seat. BZ (bed 140). A second bathroom with bath and walk-in shower + separate WC. Wifi, laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Nespresso coffee machine.
The house is located in a dead end, quiet, and a few steps from the bus stop to get to the center of Aix en Provence. Shops and cafe nearby in the center of Puyricard. Small U Utile supermarket accessible 5 min walk from the house.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la propriété qui est véritablement parfaite en tous points pour des vacances réussies. Encore merci à notre hôte qui est très a l’écoute pour la moindre question. La localisation de la maison est parfaite pour visiter la région et pour tous les services de proximité. C’est vraiment une perle rare!

Magnifique maison située à proximité du centre d’Aix en Provence, idéale pour y passer des vacances entre amis ou en famille. Décorée avec goût et dotée d’un grand jardin verdoyant, nous y avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous recommandons cette location!
