About this house rental
This is the way to spend some vacation time! This charming four-bedroom red bungalow is located in the heart of Northport. This friendly village offers everything just outside the door. The bakery, shopping, beaches, and marina are all a short walk away.
Three bedrooms and one and a half bath are on the upper level. The master bedroom and attached full bath are new. There are twin beds on the second bedroom and a full bed in the third. On the main level, you will find a comfortable living room with plenty of seating. Amenities include a Smart TV/Internet. The Kitchen is off the living room area. The first floor has another bedroom with a queen and a full bathroom. There is a first-floor laundry and sitting area with a loveseat hideaway bed. This home can sleep up to 10 people.
There is a nice big yard outside that walks out to the lanai. It is a wonderful space to chill out, have dinner, or have morning coffee. A charcoal grill is included.
Northport is about 40 minutes north of Traverse City and offers shopping, dining, and summer music and festivals. It is also 20 minutes from Suttons Bay and Leland. There are so many trails to hike, lakes to swim in, stars to gaze at, and memories to be made.
Central air conditioning is provided. Sheets and towels are provided. No smoking.
Your well-mannered dog is welcome (sorry no cats), with a fee and signing the pet form!

Perfect location - set up badminton in side yard all week, walk to everything needed and desired from coffee to beach to quiet walks, to walk out and play badminton. Nice distance to visit Suttons bay, Leland for fish, sleeping bear dunes and glen arbor.

Such a wonderful house in a perfect location! Great size for our big family and central air is a huge plus. It’s maybe a 1 minute walk to the main road but it feels like you’re very tucked away. We absolutely loved our stay here and highly recommend. Thank you!!

We loved staying at Northport Hideaway. The house was clean, well-appointed and so accessible to the village and other nearby locations. We will definitely stay there again.
