Very nice place, nice an quiet at night, our room was perfect

We arrived early and was met by such a nice lady and her young son, we were shown our room which for the price was amazing, underfloor heating was a bonus on these cold days, we were told about local activities and were able to visit them,

Nice cosy hotel in quiet neighbourhood

Staff friendliness, clean property with everything you need even for a longer stay. Close to Europa Park and Rulantica, grocery store and local restaurants. Highly recommend!

Great family hotel for trip to Europa Park

The hotel is ideally located to Europa Park. We were in the park the whole day till it closed. Then drove about 8 min to get to the hotel. The hotel is located in a safe neighborhood. The staff were all very friendly. The room was very spacious, had a double bed and two single beds and space for a place to sit and a big wardrobe. The double bed was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel for families wanting to go to Europa park.

The only very small thing missing in the room was a fan. It was very hot as it was August and almost 30 degrees. It was a bit warm in the room and a fan would have helped. But we showered cool and then were still able to get a good nights rest.

Exceptional breakfast: many options (fruits, charcuterie, eggs and bacon, dark bread, jelly and croissants). Spacious bedrooms and confortable mattress. We will come back to this hotel next time we go to Europa parc!

One of the two coffee machines was out of order so we had to wait in line for the only one that was working. At the beginning, It wasn’t easy to understand how it functions ( e.g how to place the cup), but we managed. Very good mocha coffee!

Perfect location for a week-end to Europa Park

We had the great surprise of getting an upgrade to a quadruple room! The staff were all very friendly, clean rooms with very modern fourniture and comfy mattresses. Breakfast was very complete for a cheap rate. An easy access to Europa park by car, it was quite comfortable to enjoy our stay! The free parking behind the hotel was also a great bonus point.

Wonderful hotel

We were visiting Europa Park theme park, so we needed somewhere nearby. This hotel was excellently located and surprisingly affordable. A very short drive to the theme park, and there will probably be options for public transport too. Entry instructions were very clear and easy to understand, and the staff on the front desk very friendly and helpful. The room itself was beautiful, very clean and well furnished. Would definitely stay here again.

Nothing, everything was great. Having a small fridge inside the room would be a bonus.

Excellent !!!

1. The hotel is near to Europa park and there is a bus that takes you directly to Europa park. 2. The place is really quiet and more residential , and few churches around the hotel. 3. The staff is extremely hospitable and they were able to help us out ( even though English was not their first language). There are few English speaking staff. Nevertheless, language is not a barrier for anyone working there. They definitely go out of their way to help you. 4. If you drive , then it has ample parking and most ideal location. If you don't drive, then you need to rely on taxi's / buses ( which again is not a big issue) 5. We checked out at 10:00, but the hotel receptionist were kind and allowed us to keep our bags after the checkout as well when we returned from the Europa park 6. The scheduled check-in was 5pm, but we were given keys so that we could check-in earlier. 7. Veronica and other receptionist - well done and kudos !!!

The hotel was conveniently located close ro Europapark which is within 5-10 minute drive. It is situated in a very quiet location and the rooms are generally large. There are reasonable selection for breakfast buy could add some more fresh fruits in the choices. Overall you get good value for your money.

Not much facilities to boast but if you are coming from Europapark, you will only need the room to rest.
