Decent place, hard to relax.

Communication with the owner and check-in/check-out was absolutely flawless. Gabri the host was always easy to reach in case needed, very helpful, kind, flexible. Nice and spacious flat with all kitchen and washroom appliances (microwave oven, washing machine, big fridge, stove, etc.) you might need (we didn't cook and haven't used most of them). Safe parking in front of the building in a closed parking area (not guarded). 10min walking distance to beach or downtown with lots of shops, cafés, restaurants. We used the appartment as a basis for a tour around lake Garda, its location is perfect. The appartment was spotless except one thing, the A/C should be checked and cleaned more frequent, it was full of dust, might not have been used for a while, we cleaned its filters and wiped the dust. A/C was acceptable afterwards, cooled perfectly in two directions with its double unit. Towels were clean and sufficient in numbers. Everything was provided, like toilet paper, trashbag, household necessities, etc.. We gladly would be back anytime. Very comfortable stay for 4 people, the bed in the living room in my oppinion is not suitable for sleep. The restaurant opposite the building is worth a visit, we tried it, was great. Supermarket is literally just around the corner.

The owners of the other flat in the building, they don't mind and respect others, however we respected them at all times, as a normal guest should. That guy has a garage door, he likes to open it very early in the morning, (5.30, 5.50 am) with extreme noise, wakeup is guaranteed, no chance to relax. No car inside, it is his entrance/exit, however the normal entrance is just a few stairs up. Saturday he let us sleep until 6 am... I guess there is a rolling bed or something that is opened/closed with such a hell of a noise around midnight, just above our bedrooms. Besides, his grumpy wife was arguing with my kids why we close and lock up the door. She could not tell the reason why we should do so. Crazy... We let the host know this issue, hope it will change in the future. We did not sleep well at all during the 7-night stay :-(.

Spacious and comfortable apartment in the center of Garda. The building in which it is located is surrounded by gardens. The host is very kind and responsive. Send us exact accommodation instructions. You are constantly wondering if we need something.

Loved the location and apartement was really nice. Very well equipped with everything you needed and even more. The beach and the city were nearby and you could easily make a short ride with the bicycle or just walk to the town. The host was very helpful.

Nice modern apartment

The apartment is large, with a nice kitchen. It was very clean and all necessary equipment and air condition and wifi worked fine. The bedrooms are large and beds are comfortable. The host Gabi is very friendly and helpful and welcomed us at arrival. There is a grocery store nearby. We liked the short distance to nice restaurants in Garda at the lake and the beach, and there were 2 bicycles for free to use. The price is very competitive and we would probably rent it again, if coming back to Garda. Parking is easy and this is good alternative as a base for discovering other parts of the Garda lake with a car.

The surroundings are not fantastic around the apartment but it is only a short walking or bicycle distance to the town and the beach.

Exceptional

We spent a really nice weekend in Casa Genny. Everything was like in the description or even better! The location of the apartment is very convenient and you can walk to the lake shore in five minutes. The owner was really nice and welcomed us at the apartment showing everything and told some tips about Garda. We can really recommend Casa Genny to couples or families :)

Er en stor leilighet med to soverom, samt et stort oppholdsrom. Kjøkkenet har alt du trenger for å lage mat. Det er kort avstand til matbutikk og sentrum med masse spisesteder.

Litt dårlig vanntrykk i dusjen, utover det er det overhode ikke noe å klage på. Alt var veldig bra 😄

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, gern wieder 😊

Die Wohnung war sehr gut gelegen. Weniger Minuten bis ins Zentrum und zum Gardasee. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants waren in der Nähe. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet, sauber und dekorativ eingerichtet. Für meinen Mann war der Stellplatz für unser Auto das Beste. Wir könnten das Auto sicher vorm Laden Hof mit separatem Tor parken. Der Kontakt mit unserem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und die Einweisung zur Wohnung und Schlüsselübergabe gut organisiert. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Casa Genny und das bezahlbar.

Wir haben am Anfang eine Kaffeemaschine vermisst, konnten uns aber mit dem bereitgestellt Kaffeefilter behelfen. Dies ist für uns aber kein richtiges negatives Kriterium

Tolle Wohnung

In die Stadt/zum See sind es nur ca.8 Min. Wenn man im See baden möchte muss man eher mit dem Auto fahren. Die Wohnung ist großzügig und praktisch eingerichtet. Das Auto steht mit auf dem Grundstück. Kleiner Supermarkt 3 Min zu Fuß. Pizzeria gegenüber fanden wir sehr gut.

Wenn jemand Geräuschempfindlich ist, ist die Lage der Wohnung eher ungeeignet! Busunternehmen ist direkt dahinter und die Busse fahren sehr früh los und lassen davor erstmal lange den Motor laufen, bevor sie losfahren. Und auf der anderen Seite ist eine Hauptstraße mit viel Verkerhr den ganzen Tag über. Uns hat das alles nicht gestört aber das empfindet halt jeder anders.
