The location, on the upper side of a slope, gave wonderful views over the surrounding countryside. The building itself had lots of characture, with stables and an inner courtyard, where one could take one’s meals. The public rooms were typically “old Austrian” and added to the character. We had a particularly grand bathroom.
The Gasthof was a little out of town (perhaps 10 minutes walk?), which might put some people off.

De omgeving en het uitzicht inclusief het vriendelijke personeel.
Dat er niet vooraf was gewaarschuwd dat er een groot feest en trouwerij zou zijn die tot diep in de nacht keihard door zouden feesten. (Tot 2:30u)
Hierdoor was er in het restaurant geen normale tafel meer beschikbaar en was er tevens geen menukaart.
