Proximité des commerces et du marché. Vue sur le port, accès immédiat a la plage par piste cyclable et piétonne. Bien équipé (cafetière, grille pain, lave-vaisselle...) et bien aménagé. Propriétaire charmant.

L’emplacement avec vue sur la mer, l’agencement est parfait, l’aménagement de la loggia est une très bonne idée. La sympathie, la bienveillance du propriétaire, à l’écoute et très accommodant.
