About this house rental
Roebil House is in a fantastic location. Located right in the heart of town, in and amongst the shopping and restaurant precinct. Come and stay in comfort ... with that flash of retro. Roebil House is a charming sandstone period home, that has been furnished with style, reflecting it's era.
Only a few short minutes walk to all things central. Including:
- 200m to Shops & Restaurants
- 350m to Cinema
- 600m to Train Station
- 500m to Hospital
- 1.5km to Lake Pertobe Adventure Playground
- 1.5km to Flagstaff Hill Maritime Village
- 2km to Beach
- 750m to Fun4Kids Festival held in the Winter School Holidays
3 Bedrooms - Sleeps 6. The main bedroom is a Queen bed, the 2nd room has a Brass Double bed, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 Single beds, one of which is a King single. All linen & towels are provided, which is inclusive in the price. All bedrooms are large with their own wardrobe.
Perfect accommodation for friends and/or family. We have been hosting guests for over 10 years now, we keep improving the property and are pleased that people keep on coming back year after year.

- New gas log fire heater in original fireplace, complete with child safety barrier. Very cosy on a cold night !

- Floorboards through the house with new Persian rugs
- Seating on the front porch - a great place to enjoy the elevated views of the house whilst enjoying a drink
- 1 Toilet (separate to bathroom)
- 1 Bathroom with separate bath and shower
- Laundry with Washing Machine, Dryer, Iron & Ironing Board
- Outdoor Area .. complete with outdoor setting.
- Plenty of Off Street Parking for multiple cars ... this is a real bonus when staying right in the heart of town.
- Secure, very spacious backyard which is child friendly.

20% Deposit to be paid via direct debit to hold booking. Remaining of payment to be paid prior to arrival. Cheque not excepted. Thank you.

Long Weekends, Public Holidays, Easter, May Races, Fun4Kids Festival, School Holidays, Cycling Classic.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you cancel 14 days or more prior to your check-in date your deposit will be refunded less an admin fee of $30.00. If you cancel less than 14 days prior to your check-in date you will not be liable for refund.

Three very comfortable bedrooms in a central but surprisingly quiet spot. We enjoyed the old style furnishings and appropriate collections in the rooms. Would stay again.

Front screen door was locked and didn’t have that key so I had to put my son through the toilet window. All good.

1. When BBQ is listed as available it needs to be functional not completely rusted.2. With no internet provided the tv needs to have working reception, not stuttering in and out half the night, and preferably post 1990 build.3. The exhaust fan which comes on with the light shouldn't make you want to shower in the dark for fear of it rattling itself to death.
